Customer needs to provide us 2 official service quotations for the job he/she wants to price beat. We will verify the quotes and place our competitive price offer.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specified parts are those that the equipment manufacturer used in the machine or specified in service manual to use as replacement part.
We provide 30 days to 365 days service warranty for any job that we perform on any machine/device. At FoneBox, we follow OEM specification and recommendations to troubleshoot and repair a machine/device. All warranty service will be clearly mentioned on the service completion invoice.
SLA or Service Level Agreement is a comprehensive document that describes how any service to any specific machine or device will be provided.
AMC or Annual Maintenance Contract is an agreement that describes and binds the customer and service provider for certain services on a specific machine/device for a period of one calendar year.
A service timeline is the period when any specific service will be rendered or complete. In most cases this timeframe is tentative and may change depending on the task/job condition, parts availability, and natural causes.
